The view from my room was breathtaking, it gave me the impression of being in a postcard. The location was perfect for my meetings being close to the main business hub. The complementary coffee and tea was a nice touch.

The stairs to the room were incredibly steep and caused inconvenience for me as I had to carry my heavy luggage to the top floor. , the kettle provided in the room was filthy and unusable.

The location is fantastic. We're just a few steps away from the tram station, making our trip around town a breeze. the room is also quite cozy, with all the amenities we need for a comfortable stay - clean bathroom, plenty of closet space, and even a balcony with a great view. the staff are helpful and kind, always ready to assist. the breakfast spread is also delicious.

The noise level can be quite unbearable at times. Loud footsteps and conversations from other guests in the hallway can be heard all throughout the night.

The hotel had a good location, very close to the main tourist attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly. they provided complementary towels and little soap bottles. the room was spacious enough and had working air conditioning.

The sound isolation wasn't that great, we could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms. the shower didn't always work right, as it had to build up water pressure.
